PURPOSE:To obtain a signal processor having high sensitivity without generating false signal by subtracting two signals being summation of output signals of adjacent photoelectric converting elements in crossing diagonal lines so as to attain the subtraction at the same point spatially. CONSTITUTION:In the signals branched into four from a solid-state image pickup element 1, one signal is fed to sample hold circuits 5, 6, 7, 8 directly and other three signals are fed to them via a 1H+1 horizontal picture element delay circuit 2, a 1H delay circuit 3 and a 1H horizontal picture element delay circuit 4. A W(=R+G+B) picture element signal is extracted from the circuits 5, 6 and a Ye (yellow) and a C (cyan) picture element signal are extracted from the circuits 8, 9 sequentially alternately, and they are added with each other and the result is fed to amplifier circuits 11, 13. Then, the output signal of the amplifier circuit 13 is subtracted from the output signal of the amplifier circuit 11 to form R, B alternate signals, and the R and the B signals are obtained from sample hold circuits 14, 15. |
