PURPOSE: A vending machine is provided, to allow water and powdered materials to be mixed directly in a cup by ejecting water and the powdered materials into a cup, without using additional mixer. CONSTITUTION: The vending machine comprises a body(50); a plurality of raw material tank(51) for storing powdered materials; a water tank(52); a cup dispenser(53); and a cup withdrawing part(54), wherein a cup delivery device(60) is installed between the cup dispenser and the cup withdrawing part(54). The cup delivery device(60) receives the cup withdrawn from the cup dispenser, delivers the cup to the lower part of the releasing hole of the raw material tank(51) to receive the powdered materials, and lowering the cup(53a) into the cup withdrawing part(54). The cup delivery device(60) comprises a cup supporting mean; a motor for rotating the cup supporting means; a control means for controlling the driving of the motor; and a cup falling means.
