A method of identifying a session formed between a client system and a netwo rk accessible server system for providing secure access to multiple network accessible secure files is disclosed. According to the method, a request including a session identifier an a hashed value reflective of the session identifier is transmitted to a server. The server then transforms the session identifier using a one-way transformation and the result is compared to the received hashed session identifier. When the comparison result is indicative of a mat ch within predetermined limits, processing the request to provide results and transmitting the results to the client. In an embodiment, the transform is a non-reversible transform provid ed by a neural network. Optionally, the neural network is modified at intervals in order to reduce a risk that someone will decode the transform technique.
