USE OF CONCENTRATE OF STABILISERS FOR AQUEOUS BLEACHING AND TREATING SOLUTIONS BASED ON HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND/OR OTHER INORGANIC AND/OR ORGANIC PEROXO COMPOUNDS

A biodegradable stabiliser concentrate for aqueous bleaching and treating solutions based on hydrogen peroxide and other inorganic or organic peroxo compounds is disclosed. Ecologically undesirable DTPA or other hardly biologically degradable complexing agents may be dispensed with without diminishing the quality and maintaining industrial profitability by using a combination of alkaline silicates and water-soluble complexes of monovalent or polyvalent polyhydroxycarboxylic acids to stabilise alkaline, peroxide-containing bleaching or treating solutions, if required with admixture of other auxiliary substances, in particular solubilisers or surfactants from the group of the alkyloligosaccharides.
