PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular airconditioning unit and vehicular air conditioner which can cool a rear seat sufficiently. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an evaporator 31 for heat exchanging between an introduction air and refrigerant, a heater core 42 for heating the passing introduction air and a case 41 for storing the evaporator 31 and heater core 42. In the case 41, a bypass opening 66 is provided between the evaporator 31 and heater core 42.
