PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide globular thermosetting powder clear coating particles excellent in blocking resistance and smoothness of coating obtained from the particles and capable of imparting a coating with sufficient acid resistance. SOLUTION: The globular thermosetting powder clear coating particles comprise an acrylic resin A and an acrylic resin B, and meet the following conditions: (a) (an SP value of the acrylic resin A) minus (an SP value of the acrylic resin B) is 0.2-1.5; (b) (a Tg of the acrylic resin A) minus (a Tg of the acrylic resin B) is >=10 deg.C; (c) the Tg of the acrylic resin A is 40-100 deg.C and also the Tg of the acrylic resin B is 20-500 deg.C; (d) an number average molecular weight of the acrylic resin A is 2,000-4,000 and also an number average molecular weight of the acrylic resin B is 4,000-10,000; and (e) the solid weight ratio of the acrylic resin A to the acrylic resin B is (5/95) to (50/50) and also the ratio of a volume average particle diameter to a number average particle diameter is <=2.
