DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ULTRASONIC REMOVAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel off samples dried/deposited on the inner walls (the inside sidewalls and the bottom) of a container from the container by making good use of an ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: This device is particularly provided with ultrasonic wave reflecting plates for surrounding the side surfaces of the container to be treated so that the plates are not brought into contact with the container, when the samples deposited on the inner walls of the container are peeled off by using an ultrasonic washer having a vibrator on the bottom surface of a washing tank, putting an ultrasonic wave transmitting medium into the washing tank and imparting the ultrasonic wave to the container in the ultrasonic wave transmitting medium.
