PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cleaning/sterilizing equipment for endoscope and attachment device of the same by which residual liquid in the thin pipelines provided inside of endoscope is evacuated in a short time. SOLUTION: This cleaning/sterilizing equipment for endoscope A in which internal pipelines of the endoscope 43 is cleaned and sterilized by flowing cleaning/sterilizing liquid through the pipelines is provided with the pipelines 4, 25 through which the cleaning/sterilizing liquid for cleaning and sterilizing the internal pipelines of the endoscope is transported, the air pipes 64, 27 connected with gas source 11 that is installed independent of the liquid pipeline 4, 25 and supplies gas to evacuates residual liquid in the pipeline by passing gas from gas source, the connecting parts 90 that connect the liquid pipe 25 with gas pipe 27, and connecting pipe sleeves 24 that connect the pipeline connection parts 90 with the internal pipelines of the endoscope 43.
