PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporized fuel treating device to reliably suppress diffusion of a fuel component to the atmosphere. SOLUTION: A canister 2 disposed in a fuel tank 1 is formed separately from the fuel tank 1. Since the length inside the fuel tank 1 of a drain passage 45 of the drain passage 45 and a purge passage 46 led out from the canister 2 and disposed outside in a state to extend through the tank wall of the fuel tank 1 is decreased to a value lower than the length of a passage inside the fuel tank 1, even when a fuel component penetrates through and enters the drain passage and the purge passage inside in the fuel tank 1, a penetration and entrance amount of the fuel component through and to the drain passage is decreased to a value lower than that on the purge passage side, whereby diffusion of the fuel component to the atmosphere is suppressed.
