PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge construction for a turning flow tube capable of making a horizontal flow confluent stably in a lower portion while reducing the impact of fluid flowing down from a vertical turning flow tube and suppressing the influence to the horizontal flow in the lower portion to a minimum without requiring an excessive space. SOLUTION: Final end position of a turning guide plate 3 is set at the lower end of a turning flow tube 4, and the final end position of the turning guide plate 3 comes to the position of 135 deg. in a reverse turning direction when a straight line direction extending downstream side in the flow direction of the horizontal flow 6 in the lower portion from the center of the turning flow tube in a plan view in the configuration.
