PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which the material is made beautiful in such a manner that the same can not be recognized as an aluminum material in its appearance of color, and the material is allowed to look better even various colors are given thereto. SOLUTION: In this surface working method for an aluminum material in which, after pretreatment of executing etching, anodic oxidation treatment of depositing a film is executed, and a coating film is deposited thereon, the etching is executed by using acid.
