PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer case at lower manufacturing costs by simplifying a speed changing pattern to improve the operability and requiring only one shift load to simplify manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The transfer case comprises an intermediate power transmission means for transmission with high-speed and low-speed transfer, a high and low speed variable connection means for selectively connecting a high-speed gear 22 rotatably mounted on a rear wheel driving shaft 21 arranged in parallel to the intermediate power transmission means for receiving high-speed power transmission and a low-speed gear 23 for receiving low-speed power transmission to the rear wheel driving shaft, a front and rear wheel variable connection means constructed between the rear wheel driving shaft and a front wheel driving shaft arranged coaxially therewith for selectively connecting the power of the rear wheel driving shaft to the front wheel driving shaft, and a shift operation means connected to the high and low speed variable connection means and the front and rear wheel variable connection means for operating the high and low speed variable connection means and the front and rear wheel variable connection means via a transfer lever 41. |
