PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the attachment of marine foulings to a ship's bottom or the like of a moored ship while considering the protection of environment. SOLUTION: An air sender 1 is installed on the land or a ship to simplify the maintenance and inspection of the device, and the force fed-air is guided into the water by an induction pipe to be discharged to the ship's bottom. The air discharged from an air discharging port 3 is bubbled and prevents the attachment of marine foulings to the ship's bottom and side surfaces, in accompany with the stream.
