AUTOMATIC RAIL LUBRICATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic lubricator capable of applying appropriate quantity of lubrication to rails. SOLUTION: The lubricator is provided with an oil tank 1 for supplying of large quantity, an oil tank 2 for small quantity, a lubricating mechanism 3, a train detection unit 4 and a control unit 5. The oil supply is carried out from the oil tank 1 for supply to the oil tank 2 one time per day for example. It is carried out from the oil tank 2 to the lubricating mechanism 3 to lubricate rails R for prescribed time by the control unit 5, based on the train detection signal from the train detection unit 4. A varied oil quantity detection signal showing the varied quantity for each discharge in the oil tank 2 is input in the control unit 5 to be stored.
