PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular suspension arrangement structure which can use a car room and loading room widely even in a car width direction, without adopting a rotary damper and by eliminating a sustower, while lowering the floor of the car room and loading room. SOLUTION: A strut damper D pivoted on the link part 10a of the trailing arm is arranged in a vehicular front/rear direction while rear-slanting on the front position arranged trailing arms 10L, 10R. Torsion bar springs 14L, 14R extending to a car width direction are provided on the front ends of respective trailing arms 10L, 10R.
