PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check the safety of a final waste disposal site, to give a good image to the public and to disclose the information to residents. SOLUTION: A control system of a final waste disposal site is installed with a camera 81 picking up the image of the landfill operations in the final waste disposal site, a water-quality measuring apparatus 83 measuring the water-quality in the final waste disposal site, a data control server 55 recording the landfill state of the final waste disposal site and a large-sized display 62 displaying image data picked up by the camera 81, water-quality data measured with the water-quality measuring apparatus 83 and a landfill state data from the data control server 55, and is provided with a room 6 disclosing the data for visitors, and disclosing the data to the public through the network 7 and over the internet 73.
