PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus having a good working efficiency owing to continuous operation and having no fear of giving detrimental influence on working environment due to scattering of powdery particulate in a mixing apparatus for mixing soil for raising seedling to be packed in a vessel for raising seedling with the powdery particulate such as a bed soil-conditioning agent or the like in transplanting culture of agricultural products. SOLUTION: A tubular rotary drum 10 having both end opened, elongated in a horizontal direction and rotated about a longitudinal direction as a rotation axis and a spiral-shaped stirring blade 11 continuously provided on an inside circumference of the rotary drum 10 are provided. A feed conveyor 20 almost closing the opening in one end is provided in the opening in the one end of the rotary drum 10 and soil and powdery particulate are supplied on the feed conveyor 20.
