PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconveniences caused by the reaction of high pressure water jetted from nozzles 10, 10 provided in a high pressure water jet nozzle 9a. SOLUTION: Nozzles 10, 10 are provided in plural positions at the end of a high pressure water jet nozzle 9a, equally spaced in the circumferential direction in a virtual planeαperpendicular to a center axis. High pressure water fed from a high pressure water supply into the high pressure water jet nozzle 9a is jetted outward from the nozzles 10, 10 to the direction of the diameter of the high pressure water jet nozzle 9a.
