PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror unit by which a user can see his face and figure on a mirror even when he is not present in the front position of a mirror body. SOLUTION: Since the mirror body 2 of a mirror cabinet 1 disposed on a washing counter 10 can be swung both in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction by supporting the central part of its back surface with a rotary means, the mirror body can be inclined at a desired angle only by pressing a suitable position of a mirror surface 2a from its front. The dimension of a frontage of a counter part 11 is larger than that of the mirror unit 1 and even when a user M faces a working part 13, the angle of the mirror surface 2a is changed so that he can see his face and figure on a mirror. Therefore, the user can work while seeing the mirror in the vicinity of the working part 13. Further, two persons can use the washing counter 10 at the same time. Further, a user having a low line of sight, for instance, children or a user sitting on a wheelchair can see their figures on the mirror by directing the mirror surface 2a of the mirror body 2 downward.
