PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment apparatus corresponding to a wheelchair which enables a person to easily do cooking and wash his/her face while sitting on the wheelchair. SOLUTION: This equipment apparatus has a space part 5 demarcated by a top plate 1 having a working part on the top face, a front plate 3, a side plate 5 and bottom plates 4, and is provided with a piping space at the inner part of the space part 5. The front plate 3 is removably fitted to the side plate 5, and a bottom plate 4a in front of the piping space at the inner part of the space part 5 is fitted to an inner bottom plate 4b to be erected on the inner edge as a starting point, the front plate 3 is detached from the side plate 5, the bottom plate 4a is erected on the front of the piping space, and the front plate 3 is moved along the front of the erected bottom plate 4a.
