LIGHT EMISSION INSPECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission inspection technique that can detect at least two kinds of bioluminescence through a single step operation. SOLUTION: This light emission inspection system is equipped with at least two kinds of bioluminescence mechanism. The one light emission of this light- emission mechanism has the maximum emission wavelength of 615-625 nm at a pH of 8 and another light emission has the maximum emission wavelength of 460-550 nm at a pH of 8 characteristically. Thus, the light emission inspection system equipped with the light emission mechanism based on the oxidative reaction of the light emission substrate via an enzyme, the emission inspection system and the kit therefor are provided.
