PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parer which can pare into beautiful surfaces in a short time, can maintain the paring ability without requiring the frequent cleaning of the surface of a disk, and has high productivity. SOLUTION: This parer is obtained by disposing a disk 2 in a cylindrical container 1 and using the inner wall of the cylindrical container 1 above the disk 2 as a paring portion 3. Therein, the inner wall surface 1a of the cylindrical container 1 is formed in a wave shape that concave portions and convex portions are repeated in the circumferential direction, and projected portions 12 extended from the rotation center in the radial direction and flat portions 13 approximately horizontally extended from the rotation center in the radial direction are alternately disposed on the upper surface of the disk 2 in the circumferential direction. Slopes 12f are formed on the at least rotation direction front sides of the projected portions 12, respectively, and blades 14 whose tips 14a are directed in the rotation direction and slits 15 which are arranged in parallel to the blade tips are disposed on the flat portions 13.
