PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical agent-diffusing device which can diffuse a proper amount of a chemical agent in an opened and wide indoor or outdoor space and can be used even in an outdoor weather such as a weather with strong winds and rain or a weather with strong sunshine. SOLUTION: This chemical agent-diffusing device is obtained by forming the diffusion port side of a wind tunnel body 4 from its central portion as an expanded wind tunnel portion whose cross section is stepwisely more expanded than that of the fan side, and disposing a chemical agent-sucking port 6 in the expanded wind tunnel portion. The wind tunnel body 4 has a diffusion port 2 and a fan 3 on one end and on the other end, respectively. The chemical agent-sucking port 6 faces the evaporation port 8a of a chemical agent evaporator 8.
