PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion door, which can be manufactured easily without complicating constitution and increasing the number of parts while being able to be opened and closed without being a hindrance in not only an inclined plane but also a stepped plane as a mounting plane. SOLUTION: The expansion door 1 having an extensible door body 7, in which one end is used as a fixing section and the other end as a moving-side end section, and being installed on a mounting plane 4 having height difference has guide rails 26, 27 arranged to the upper section of the door body 7 and extended horizontally in the door expansion direction and traveling units 32, 33 being capable of traveling along the guide rails 26, 27 and hanging down and supporting the door body 7, and the fixing-section side is positioned at a low place while the moving-side end section side is positioned at a high place at the lower end of the door body 7 and height difference corresponding to the mounting plane 4 is generated.
