PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium processor capable of positively controlling the rent of game media on the pachinko game machine side without strain and highly convenient for players. SOLUTION: Ball dispense action is positively controlled without strain while maintaining communication between a pachinko game machine and a card processor by transmitting a ball dispense request signal, receiving a ball rent preparation signal and transmitting a ball dispense command signal between the pachinko game machine and the card processor. If the reply of the ball dispense preparation signal is not sent for a specified period of tie, ball dispense command control is suspended. Electric power is supplied from a power supply 700 on the pachinko game machine side to the card processor side. A card balance display 50 and a ball dispensing approval display 48d are provided and the card processor is constituted separably from the pachinko game machine. |
