PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distortion and damage of a V-belt caused by the fitting inferiority of the belt cog ridge parts 20 of a vulcanized part and mold cog trough parts 22 when a V-belt molded object 1 is successively fed to be vulcanized by a vulcanizing press machine. SOLUTION: A V-belt molded object 1 is moved over predetermined moving length while a part thereof is vulcanized and a positioning member 2 is brought into contact with the belt cog trough parts 21 of the V-belt molded object 1 to be positionally detected to position the V-belt molded object 1. Succeedingly, a cog mold 44 is brought into contact with the V-belt molded object 1 to press the belt pressing roll 3 provided in the vicinity of the end surface in the longitudinal direction of a flat plate-shaped pressure plate 8 to the back surface of the V-belt molded object 1 and the cog mold 44 and the flat plate-shaped pressure plate 8 are closed to press and heat the V-belt molded object 1.
