PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt driving motor pulley and a motor roller, capable of having sufficiently high rotational torque without having a built-in reduction gear. SOLUTION: This belt driving motor pulley, used as a belt conveyer driving pulley, is provided with a fixed shaft 6b and a cylinder 3 rotating relative to the fixed shaft 6b. The cylinder includes a plurality of brushless motors 4 disposed in a line in the axial direction of the cylinder 3. Each of the motors are provided with a stater 4a fixed on the fixed shaft 6b and a driven element 4b fixed on the cylinder 3.
