PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with mid-boards for keeping cool or warm which houses matters to be housed such as bottles, cans or paper packages for being kept cool or warm in spaces divided by partitions so that the matters to be housed do not collide with each other. SOLUTION: For a partitioned container B for keeping cool or warm composed of an outer case 10 molded integrally of synthetic resin and a partitioned inner case 12 also molded integrally of synthetic resin, each of divided spaces S for putting matters P to be housed therein is composed of a square column- like space S' and a space S" approximately in a reversed truncated pyramid, and peripheral walls 12d, partitioning boards 12" and bottoms 12e of the partitioned spaces of the inner case main body are formed approximately in the same thickness. Thereby, since the contraction rate becomes approximately the same at each of parts of the partitioned inner case, the partitioned inner case does not bring the contraction difference arising from difference in the thickness and therefore the partitioned inner case becomes undeformative.
