PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function for protecting particularly an electronic circuit device for controlling loaded probing instruments and a battery as a main power source from a very low temperature in a space probe used on the moon and planets. SOLUTION: A housing 10 accommodating an electronic circuit device 31 and a battery 32 is mounted inside a vehicular body 1 as a device body through heat-insulating layers 10 formed by spaces 11, 35, a heat insulating switching means 37 comprising contact holders 38, 40 on the housing side and the vehicular body side, respectively having contacts 41A, 43A for electrical connection and being held in a non-contact state to each other, and a holder driving part 39 for driving the contact holders for bringing the contacts 41A, 43A into contact with each other or separating them from each other, is mounted between the housing 10 and the vehicular body 1, and an electrical connection path between the electronic circuit device 31 and the battery 32, and the loaded instruments is cut off in a non-contact state for inhibiting the heat conduction from the housing 10 side to the vehicular body 1 side.
