PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize titaniuum oxide as a hitherto unknown drug or substance analogous to the drug which is safely used for various diseases and symptoms and gives reduced adverse drug reactions. SOLUTION: The new utilization of titanium oxide is carried out by using a titanium oxide aqueous dispersion, preparing a therapeutic cloth for treating various diseases or the like by means of impregnating a fiber good or the like with the dispersion and putting the cloth on the affected part suffering from each disease, symptom or the like or wiping the affected part with the cloth. By this treatment, the new action or effect of titanium oxide different from hitherto widely known photocatalytic effect and other effect or the like of titanium oxide is exhibited and the various disease or the like are treated or improved even when the contact surface between the cloth and the affected part is not exposed to light or the cloth is not in contact directly with the affected part.
