PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a heat-cooker equipped with a filter of which the inspection and the replacement are easy, and which has a long service life. SOLUTION: From among a liquid, an oil mist and steam which enter the rear surface of a meat grilling plate 2, the liquid of a large size is made to drop by the own weight on a receiving tray 5 before reaching a filter 9. Thus, the advancing of a contamination of the filter 9 is drastically lightened, and the life of the filter 9 is extended. In addition, a filter assembly 8 is set at a location wherein a temperature is comparatively low, partitioned by a plate holding frame 4, not at a location which is exposed to a high temperature directly under the meat grilling plate 2. At the same time, cold air on the outside of a main body case 1 is fed to the filter 9, and a thermal burden of the filter 9 is reduced. Also, the attaching and detaching of the filter assembly 8 can be performed regardless that the meat grilling plate 2 is set or not. Then, the inspection/replacement of the filter 9 can be easily performed without feeling it a nuisance.
