PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat and seat cushion forming a seat of an automobile which can reduce the space as much as possible and secure enough buffer performance and holding performance for the human body. SOLUTION: Cushion materials 23, 29 made of synthetic resin-made elastic material and metallic porous members 16, 25 are combined into two layers, and pores of a porous member are deformed to fulfill an elastic support function.
