PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes with a fluid built therein by which a wearer can confirm the motion of a sole of his foot by himself when he takes exercise under wearing the shoes. SOLUTION: A lower portion of a shoe body 1 is provided with a bottom part 4 having a fluid 3 on a fluid installation part 5 and an upper portion of the bottom part 4 fixed toy an upper bottom part 2.
