PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press with an attached sheet-shaped member molded product gripping mechanism provided with the function of lifting and lower a molding member for a molding die and gripping the sheet-shaped member of a molding die or the like to be combinedly used as an equipment as a partial device of a molding equipment of a sheet-shaped member molded product. SOLUTION: A lifting and lowering mechanism 8 for lifting and lowering a sheet-shaped member gripping mechanism 35 is attached to a press 1, and a sheet-shaped member carrying and heating device 2 for hauling and transferring the sheet-shaped member gripping mechanism 35 is provided to be fitted and separated and positioned adjacent to the mechanism on the press 1, and the sheet-shaped member carrying and heating device 2 is constituted of a movable frame 13 with vehicles 16, 16, a sheet-shaped member carrying mechanism 45 fitted on the movable frame 13 and carrying the sheet-shaped member and a sheet-shaped member heating mechanism 15 fitted on the movable frame 13.
