PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-water separation device, in which anxiety for environmental pollution is not caused because chemicals are not entirely used and separation of the mixture liquid of water and oil can be performed easily and quickly by a simple and compact equipment. SOLUTION: This oil-water separation device is equipped with a cyclone part 21 roughly separating the mixture liquid 2 of water and oil and formed of both a specific gravity difference separation tank 3, in which the mixture liquid roughly separated in the cyclone part is separated into water and an oil by the difference of specific gravity, and a lower part separation tank 4 which is positioned in the lower part of the specific gravity difference separation tank and is spirally provided with brushes 25 moreover separating the mixed liquid unable to be sufficiently separated in the specific gravity difference separation tank. An oil discharge part 40 discharging separated oil is provided in the upper part of the specific gravity difference separation tank. A fitting shaft 26 of the brushes is hollow and the upper and lower parts 27, 28 are opened. The upper part is positioned in the inside of a mixed liquid-flowing path 30 which joins the specific gravity difference separation tank provided in the center of the same to the lower separation tank. The lower part is positioned in the inside of the lower separation tank and the fitting shaft is connected to a driving part 33.
