PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-packing film which improves preservability, of a meat paste product, meat releasability and appearance of released meat. SOLUTION: This film for packing a food has a characteristic that the mixture-adhered surface area of a thermoplastic resin film is about 5 to 60% on the basis of the whole surface area of the film, when the surface of the film to be brought into contact with the food content is treated with the mixture of an aqueous albumin solution and starch in a specific ratio. |
