PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory management system for reel part. SOLUTION: This inventory management system for reel part consisting of a processor, a storage device, an input/output peripheral device, improves the accuracy of quantity management by automated retrieval for generating management information based on the registration requirement of an inventory to be inputted into the system and retrieval requirements and for identifying a reel part and a storage location, and by pre-processing for attaching a data carrier to the reel which is the exterior of a reel part, managing the storage and retrieval, and adding the estimated value of lost quantity lost in a production process. |
