PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching skin preparation for external use capable of raising permeation of active ingredient to the inside of inner layer of the skin and preventing melanin pigment deposition, having a sufficiently raised function of whitening a deposited pigment. SOLUTION: This bleaching skin preparation for external use comprises powder of licorice being a crude medicine or its water-soluble extract and powder of bupleuri radix being a crude medicine or its water-soluble extract as active ingredients. The bleaching skin preparation for external use comprising one or more kinds of crude medicines selected from Angeliace Radix (root of Angelica acutiloba (Ligustici)), coix seed and perillae folium besides the active ingredients can be prepared. |
