PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue gathering device for an endoscope capable of securely gathering a sufficient quantity of specimen tissues without enlarging a device. SOLUTION: In this tissue gathering device for an endoscope comprising a needle shaft 10 having a tip 11 formed forward, and a tissue containing recess 12 of which close part to the tip 11 is recessed from a side surface, and a cylindrical jacket tube 20 having a blade 21 formed at a tip and engaged with the needle shaft 10 to be axially movable to advance/retract for cutting a tissue in the tissue containing recess 12, a tip side sidewall 121 of the tissue containing recess 12 is formed diagonal to be more deepened as it is closer to the bottom surface side. |
