PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistive covering laminate, which has excellent fire-resistive performance while being simply executed and can be formed in a desired shape without generating displacement or the like in the case of bending. SOLUTION: The fire-resistive covering laminate is composed of a metal plate 2, a thermal expansive sheet 3, which is laminated on the metal plate 2 and has stickiness on both surfaces, and an inorganic fiber sheet 4, which is laminated on the thermal expansive sheet 3 and in which a thermoplastic resin layer is laminated integrally on one surface on the laminated side on the thermal expansive sheet. The thermal expansive sheet 3 comprises a resin composition containing inorganic fillers in a resin binder consisting of a butyl rubber, polybutylene and a tackifier.
