PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rain gutter support capable of pressing and fixing a freely slidable gutter support body to a mounting rod without use of a single nut. SOLUTION: This rain gutter support comprises a mounting rod 1 fixed to a wall or the like and a gutter support body 2 slidably connected to the mounting rod 1 and pressed against and fixed to the mounting rod 1 by a fastening member 3 to control sliding of the gutter support body 2. Either one of the mounting rod 1 or the gutter support body 2 is provided with an oblong hole 21 and a tapped hole 14 is bored in the part of the other corresponding to the oblong hole 21. A bolt 33 is passed through the oblong hole 21 and fastened into the tapped hole 14.
