PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structure planting method facilitating the works for a hard and steep slope face comprising hard rocks, soft rocks, or hard soils, sufficiently and completely growing planted plants, and holding the growing environment of the plants for a long time. SOLUTION: When a lath net 31 is stretched over a hard and steep slope face 40 and a simple net shelf 10 for planting is attached thereto, a first lock tool 11 provided in its bottom end is engaged with the lath net 31 and a second lock tool 12 provided in its top end is engaged with the lath net 31 so that the bottom end of the simple net shelf 10 for planting is made to approach to the steep slope face 40, while the top end is separated from the steep slope face 40. Then, the inside of the simple net shelf 10 for planting is filled with planting soil 20 so that the planting soil face 21 is formed and potted seedlings and nursery stocks 51 are planted in the planting soil face 21.
