PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct appropriate spinning by revolving a working tool for a member to be worked firmly supported and to conduct other working of cutting, etc., in following the preceding working. SOLUTION: A first rotary body 24 is arranged at the tip part of an outer tube 21, a second rotary body 25 is arranged at the tip part of an inner tube 23, a first guide path (guide groove 25a) and a second guide are formed on the second rotary body, rollers 28 and a blade tool 30 are supported on the first rotary body movably along the guide paths. Further, against the member to be worked (tube stock 4) firmly supported, the inner tube and the outer tube are rotated in the same direction, as required, are relatively rotated to cause a difference in rotation between both. By this method, the roller 28 is moved in the radial direction while revolving and conducts spinning for the tube stock. In following this, the end part after working is cut by the blade tool 30.
