PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the clearance in a bending part in accordance with the thickness of a band blade and to replace a movable outer die without detaching a fixed inner die (fixed shaft) comprising the bending part. SOLUTION: In a working device for bending the band blade W by providing the bending part consisting of the fixed inner die 11 in which a slit 11a for passing the band blade W through is formed at the prescribed position of the fixed shaft 10 and the movable outer die 12 on which pushing blade 12a parallel to the slit 11a of this fixed inner die 11 is formed, making the band blade W pass through the slit 11a of the fixed inner die 11 and pressing the pressing blade 12a of the movable outer die 12 to the side face of the band blade W which is projected from the outlet of the slit, a base body block 20 is freely and rotatably fit to the fixed shaft 11 and the movable outer die 12 is attached to the base body block 20 freely detachably.
