PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured and compact slipper sterilizer with reduced running cost. SOLUTION: A belt conveyor 5 is disposed from under a mounting hole 12 of one of step parts 1a of a main body housing 1 to an entrance 4, and a chain conveyor 10 is disposed following the belt conveyor to an exit 10 for receiving and carrying a slipper 6 from the belt conveyor. A spray room 13 and a repression room 14, formed as boxes separately from the main body housing 1, are mounted in the middle of the chain conveyor 10. The spray room 13 for spraying a disinfectant liquid is near the entrance 4, and the repression room 14, connected to the spray room, is near the exit 7. The disinfectant liquid in the form of particles is sprayed through spray spouts 41 and 42 into the spray room 13 by an ultrasonic humidifier 46 mounted inside the main body housing 1. Air nozzles 36 and 37 to make air curtains for shutting the spray room and the repression room from the space in the main body housing 1 are mounted at an entrance part 15 of the spray room 13 and an exit part 16 of the repression room 14.
