PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand drier that does not splash drops of water to users or the like. SOLUTION: A jetting hole 5 which jets air from an electric blower 1 as a jet stream to hands inserted into a drying room 4 is arranged in such a manner that it inclines slightly to the inside of the drying room 4 from almost a right angle to both sides of a hand. Thereby, a jet stream is concentrated to the front of a hand than the back of a hand, and the drier can blow off drops of water of hands efficiently, and blow away the scattered drops of water to the direction of the inside of the drying room 4 smoothly.
