<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize the titled apparatus and to continuously take out product gas while recovering power, by mounting a single cylinder shaped fixed type adsorbing/desorbing tower and a power recovery apparatus connected between a plurality of partitioned chambers provided in a rotary type plenum through gas conduits. CONSTITUTION:Partitioned chambers 2-5 each packed with an adsorbent are provided in a fixed type adsorbing/desorbing tower 1 and a rotary type plenum 91 having partitioned chambers 6-9 for performing adsorption and desorption is provided to the upper part of the tower 1. In addition, opening parts 17-20 are provided to the partitioned chambers 2-5 and connected to a desorbing suction pump 21 through a change-over valves 22 while gas flowing arranged pipes 42- 44 having an expansion turbine 40 or a pressure regulating expansion valves 41 are further arranged between partitioned chambers 6, 7 and 8, 9. In this apparatus, stock gas G is introduced into the partitioned chambers 2, 4 of an adsorbing process from a stock gas supply compressor 14 and the not-adsorbed gas is sent to a product gas supply pipe (g) as product gas under pressure and adsorbing/ desorbing work is repeated by rotating the plenum 91 so as to interpose a pressure leveling process due to the expansion turbine.</p> |
