PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold protection saddle cover for motorcycle that can be easily wired with a heater thereon and mounted later on a motorcycle. SOLUTION: A cold protection saddle cover for motorcycle provided with a heater 3 inside a seat face and detachably mounted on a saddle for motorcycle such as motorbike has a control switch 7 which is mounted on a root part of a back mirror 10 and the heater 3 electrically connected with each other. The control switch 7 is electrically connected with a part of wiring circuit 13 of the motorcycle via a plus intercepting wire 14 and a minus intercepting wire 15. A knob 7a of the control switch 7 is operated for energizing the heater 3 with a battery 20 as a power source to have the seat face of a saddle cover body 1 warmed by having the heater 3 generated with heat.
