PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining tank device for prohibiting the opening of a manually opened/closed door when a machining liquid exists in a machining tank and allowing the supply of the machining liquid to the machining tank when the manually opened/closed door is closed. SOLUTION: This machining tank device comprises a close identifying and locking device 25 for identifying the closed condition of manually opened/closed doors 2, 3 mounted on a machining tank 1, a liquid level detecting sensor 7 for detecting a liquid level of a machining liquid in the machining tank 1, and a controller 27 for unlocking the close identifying and locking device 25 in response to a signal showing that the machining liquid in the machining tank 1 is at a preset liquid level or lower according to the liquid level detecting sensor 7. The close identifying and locking device 25 has an engagement member 6 having an engagement hole 23 provided in the manually opened/closed door 2, a locking pin 5 to be engaged with the engagement hole 23 by an actuator 4 provided on the manually opened/closed door 3 and a close identifying sensor 8 for detecting the condition of the locking pin 5 locked to the engagement hole 23.
