PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off tool capable of precisely removing small curvatures remaining at the internal angles of a metal workpiece to which wire cutting discharge machining is applied, without requiring skills. SOLUTION: A tool body 2 of a cut-off tool 1 has guide planes 3, 4 crossing each other at a right angle and a plurality of cutting edges 7 formed at ridge portions, where these cross each other along ridge lines 5 at fixed pitches. The guide planes 3, 4 are applied to the right-angle faces 18, 19 defining internal angle portions of a workpiece 15, the cutting edge 7 are pushed against small curvatures remaining at the internal angle portions in such a state and then the tool body is moved longitudinally, whereby the small curvatures are cut off precisely without requiring skills.
